Did you know the stage and auditorium at RiverStage Community Theatre are available to rent between productions? Our space has hosted lectures, dance recitals, community meetings, concerts, photo and video shoots, rehearsals, and many other special events.
We are proud to offer our theatre as a gathering place for local organizations, performers, businesses, and community members. Rental opportunities are available throughout the year during periods when the venue is not in use for RiverStage productions.

Additional Fees
- Basic technical support (house lights and sound setup at beginning/end of event): $25/hr
- Advanced technical support (running light and sound cues throughout event): $40/hr
Discounts
A 20% discount is available for:
- Non-profit organizations
- Small unincorporated arts organizations
- RiverStage subscribers
- Producer-level sponsors
Producer-level sponsors are businesses or organizations that donate $500 or more to RiverStage.
Rental Notes
- All rentals require a two-hour minimum.
- Depending on the type of event, a refundable cleaning deposit may be required.
- Level 1: Small Event generally includes events with fewer than 60 participants, such as meetings, rehearsals, workshops, or private gatherings not open to the public.
- Level 2: Large Event generally includes events with more than 60 participants or any public event where tickets are sold and an audience is present.
- For larger productions requiring rehearsal or setup time, rental levels may be combined as appropriate.
- For events lasting more than two consecutive days, alternative pricing arrangements may be available, including:
- Small-event rental rates plus a percentage of ticket sales or funds raised
- A negotiated flat fee plus a percentage of ticket sales or funds raised
- Other customized arrangements depending on the event
- Long-standing rental partners will continue to receive honored pricing structures with modest adjustments for inflation when necessary.
